We work hard to grant special wishes
to children in need.
Through donations and fund raising, we're able to grant "wishes" to young people aged 3 to 19 who are terminally / seriously ill or who suffer from multiple disabilities.
Wish Application Forms
If you know of a child that is between the age of 3 and 19 who is terminally ill, seriously ill or has multiple disabilities, and they have a wish they would like to come true, please read the attached forms for more information on how we may be able to achieve this.
It should be noted that it is not our practice to grant wishes which involve either the provision of cash, equipment or goods normally provided by Social Services.
